Liu has won two gold medals at the 2026 Milano Cortina Winter Olympics, one in the women's singles and the other in the team event. Outside of the Olympics, she also won the 2025 World Championship title and the 2025-26 Grand Prix Final title. So, she's already a decorate skater at 20 years old.

Frida Karlsson took home the first women's gold medal of the 2026 Winter Olympics in the cross-country skiathlon. Karlsson held a commanding lead throughout the final few laps of the 20-kilometer race.

The only American who ranks ahead of Jordan Stolz in medals and golds in a single Winter Olympics is Eric Heiden.

At the end of the events, Kim had won one medal: a silver. But, she has other Olympics medals. Kim has gold medals from competing in both 2018 and 2022. So, she was hoping for one more gold, but there's nothing wrong with silver.
